Ninjacart is hiring for the role of Business Operations Intern, a full-time, 2-month on-site internship based in Bangalore, designed for final-year students and fresh graduates with immediate availability. As one of India’s leading agritech innovators, Ninjacart focuses on building technology-driven solutions for fresh produce supply chains, connecting farmers, retailers, and businesses. The internship provides hands-on exposure to real-time business operations, growth strategies, and product-related initiatives, while offering opportunities to work on live projects, interact with stakeholders, and understand real-world challenges in the agri-tech ecosystem. Candidates will experience a steep learning curve with mentorship from industry experts, gain practical insights into operations and strategy, and contribute directly to business impact and transformation through meaningful work.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to live projects across Growth, Operations, and Product teams
• Analyze business data to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Interact directly with customers and stakeholders to understand and solve real-world business problems
• Gain field experience by working closely with on-ground operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and functional experts in a fast-paced environment
• Support core operational activities within Bangalore’s agri-tech ecosystem
• Travel across India as part of fieldwork and business operations exposure

Requirements

• Eligibility & Education:
• Final-year students or fresh graduates are eligible
• Must be available for a full-time internship of 2 months
• Immediate joiners preferred Technical & Functional Skills:
• Ability to analyze business data and derive insights
• Understanding of operations, growth, or product-related functions (through academics or exposure)
• Capability to work on real-time business problems and projects Other Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction
• Willingness to travel across India for field exposure
