NNE (Novo Nordisk Engineering) is offering a Trainee Engineer role in Bangalore through a 6-month apprenticeship training program designed for engineering graduates interested in pharmaceutical engineering. The program focuses on building strong technical foundations and industry knowledge related to pharma manufacturing, compliance, and project execution while working on real-world pilot projects. Trainees will be part of a collaborative and learning-driven environment, gaining exposure to advanced engineering practices, innovative design approaches, and sustainable pharma facility development. The role emphasizes continuous learning, mentorship, and professional growth within a global engineering consultancy that designs and builds critical pharma infrastructure impacting patients worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions covering technical aspects of pharmaceutical engineering
• Learn and apply new design methodologies within an engaging learning environment
• Work on pilot projects in respective engineering domains
• Collaborate with mentors/managers to review progress, challenges, and learning outcomes
• Gain understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, compliance processes, and project execution
• Implement learned concepts effectively in practical project scenarios

Requirements

• Eligibility & Education:
• Degree in Engineering (Graduate/Postgraduate) in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Mechanical/Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation, Computer Science, or Robotics & Automation
• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) Technical & Functional Skills:
• Basic understanding or interest in pharmaceutical engineering concepts
• Willingness to learn design methodologies and project execution processes
• Ability to apply learning in pilot projects and real-world scenarios Other Skills:
